Your Rights

Art. 130, par. 4, Legislative Decree 196/2003

The legislation on the protection of personal data permits Fifty srl – without your express consent - to use your data for direct marketing activities of products similar to those you have already purchased, unless you refuse the permission to use your e-mail address for this purpose.

Authority Provision of June 19, 2008, on simplification of requirements for processing data for administrative and accounting purposes

The Authority's provision allows Fifty srl to use your mailing address to send you, along with administrative and accounting documents, advertising of products similar to those you have already purchased, unless you refuse the permission to use your postal address for this purpose.

The principles on which our privacy policy is based are listed below:
process data exclusively for the purposes and according to the methods provided to users at time of collection;
use data for other purposes only where the user has given its express consent to such use;
make data available to third party companies only for purposes that are strictly necessary to provide the requested service(s) and only under supervision of a data controller;

How and why we process your personal data

Personal data processing is conducted primarily by means of information systems and electronic devices by Fifty srl and other parties who, selected with care for their reliability and competence, conduct operations that are essential in order to achieve the purposes strictly related to the use of the web site and its services and to the sale of products via the web site. In these cases, your data can be made available to third parties who will handle it independently and solely for these purposes (for example, in the case of a request made by the police, the courts or other competent entities, or in order to perform obligations under the contract concluded with you, as is the case of the communication of data to Setefi for the payment of the goods purchased ).

Any further purpose will be fulfilled by Fifty srl only after obtaining your consent.

There are some situations where we are required by law to provide information, for which your consent is not necessary; for example, when you are required to fulfill legal requirements or where it is necessary for carrying out our contractual obligations towards you (as when you require to purchase products or services through our website ).

Your personal data will not be transferred abroad to non-EU countries, which do not ensure an adequate level of protection of individuals. Should the above be necessary in order to supply services or to execute a contract for the purchase of products, the transfer of your personal data to such non-EU countries shall be carried out only after the execution of specific contracts between Fifty srl and such entities, according to laws and applicable regulations.

Fifty srl may have access to third parties' personal data which was directly disclosed by its users to Fifty srl, for example when a user buys a product for a friend or when the buyer is different from the recipient of such product.

We inform you that the consent of such third party individuals is not required if personal data belonging to the above individuals has been disclosed to Fifty srl for the execution of a sale and purchase contract with Fifty srl on behalf of such third party.

Who may process data
